What materials are Thornyx products made of?

Thornyx products are handcrafted from a variety of materials, but we specialize in high-quality leather. Our products are known for their durability, bold style, thick construction, and ease of use, making them the perfect choice for bikers.

Can I customize the products?

We are currently considering adding customization services. If you need a personalized product, please contact us.

• Customers can request name engraving or even custom product designs based on their ideas.

• The average time for production and delivery is about one month.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide a size guide for our products. However, for certain specialized items, sizing may not be available.

• If a customer selects the wrong size, we offer exchange support, but the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Are the products water-resistant?

Some of our products are water-resistant, depending on the material.

What payment methods does Thornyx support?

We are a Vietnam-based business selling internationally, so we only accept PayPal for payments at this time.

• We are not yet offering installment payments or cash-on-delivery (COD) services.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on the time of year but generally takes 15-20 days.

• We also offer an express shipping option for faster delivery.

Can I pay on delivery?

Currently, we do not support cash-on-delivery (COD).

How can I track my order?

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

• The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Customers must provide an unboxing video to verify the product’s condition and confirm that the issue is a manufacturer defect.

• If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty covering:
