With 5 years of experience in motif design, Nguyen Van Lam works closely with customers to develop their ideas into thoughtful, well-defined designs. He helps refine concepts, provides design guidance, and communicates the creative vision to the artisans, ensuring each commission has a clear direction before the carving process begins.
