How will my design be created?

Every idea is carefully reviewed for feasibility before we begin. We will refine the design with you and only move forward once you are completely satisfied with it.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to the United States for standard products. Any additional shipping costs for special sizes or requirements will be confirmed with you in advance.

Can I follow the production process?

Yes. We will send you photo updates throughout the process, including hand carving, shaping, coloring, and final finishing, so you can follow how your piece is created.

Will the finished piece look like the approved design?

Yes. We carefully follow the approved design throughout production. Because every piece is made entirely by hand, small natural differences may occur, making each finished piece truly one of a kind.
